The Town of Whitby is currently undertaking an update to its Development Charge Background Study and By-Law in partnership with Hemson Consulting Ltd.  The study is expected to be completed in 2021.

Currently, the Town of Whitby is in Consultation Period #1 and is seeking feedback on two draft components of the study until October 9, 2020.
